Associates can support the educational institutions or nonprofit agencies they are most passionate about by sending contributions directly to those organizations. John Hancock then matches their gifts dollar for dollar, which reinforces the importance of engaging in our communities. The program also serves to extend the company's reach throughout the country. For example, the program has proven so successful that in New York alone we have provided nonprofit organizations with almost $1 million over the last three years.
