Volunteer table facilitators are needed to lead 8–10 students through interactive exercises based on a curriculum guide tailored to each workshop session. Adult facilitators are critical to the success of these sessions, and often play a large role in the ultimate success of the program in helping scholars improve their lives.

Volunteers must be 21+ to participate, and interested in engaging youth on both a personal and professional level. Volunteers will be provided with the resources necessary for a successful experience, including training sessions.

If you have an interest in volunteering, sign up on the Boston Cares website.

Volunteer Training Sessions

All volunteers must report to Agganis Arena by 8:30am for training sessions specific to their roles. In order to gain a better understanding of the topics covered at the workshop, table facilitators may attend additional in-depth training sessions, to be scheduled at a later date.
