Life insurance payments

We know your time is valuable – which is why we’re committed to providing solutions that make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us. Please review our available life insurance policy payment options below and select the option that works best for you.

Choose from our available payment options

Automatic payments

When you elect this option, premium and/or loan payments are automatically deducted from a checking or savings account on a date and at a frequency you choose.
 

To enroll, please log in and select “Manage automatic payments” from the home page. Payments will be automatically drafted from your checking or savings account. 
 

If you don’t yet have an account, register now and gain seamless access to all of our digital resources.  
 

You can also enroll by submitting an online form or access the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Request (PS5126US) form from Customer Service Forms. You can send us the form via email or post.

One-time payments

We recently moved our convenient one-time payment option to our comprehensive service website.

To use this secure method, please log in and select “Make one time payment” from the home page. Payments can be made from a checking or savings account.

You can make the following types of payment online:
  • Premium payments
  • Lapse warning notice
  • Loan repayment

Please note that there is no way to specify loan Interest only.

Online payments must be made via checking or savings account, as we do not accept credit or debit card payments.

Online payments are processed within 2 business days of submission.

You can refer to your policy details, billing notice or online account for the amount, payment type and date the payment is due. Policy loan repayments can be submitted on any date you choose.

Sign in or register to review your payment and billing information.

Yes. Just use the Manage Account Payment button on your policy pages to update your banking information, payment frequency and dates that are outlined in your policy contract.
