“If my father had had adequate life insurance, my outcome would have been drastically different. I would not have had to spend my savings on funeral costs. I could have focused on grieving and preparing for college without financial pressure. I would have had stability and security to honor my father with a celebration of life and begin adulthood without being overwhelmed by uncertainty. Losing him forced me to wake up and start my adult life fast. I am pursuing my education not only for myself, but to create stability my family never had. I am building a future where loss does not equal financial devastation.”
