As the Head of US Strategy, Business Development and Portfolio Management, Jessica is focused on identifying new growth opportunities for John Hancock. She is also responsible for managing and optimizing the portfolio of business initiatives aligned with the strategy.
Jessica joined Manulife in 2017 in the Corporate Strategy team and led the global strategic planning process and partnered with teams to develop and execute Manulife’s enterprise strategy across Insurance and Asset Management in Canada, US and Asia. Following that role, Jessica was the VP of Global Marketing Strategy and Transformation, responsible for developing and leading key initiatives across the organization in support of the marketing strategy, a key driver of Manulife’s ambition to be a digital, customer leader.
Prior to joining Manulife, Jessica worked as a management consultant at Kearney where she partnered with financial services and retail clients focused on growth, innovation and leadership change.
Jessica has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Management from the University of Ottawa.
