Michelle Dauphinais 

Vice President, Head of Distribution, Strategy & Enablement

Michelle Dauphinais is Vice President, Head of Distribution, Strategy & Enablement at John Hancock. In this role, she oversees life insurance distribution in the U.S. and provides strategic leadership to the Sales Organization, Sales Enablement, Sales Support and Advanced Market teams supporting John Hancock’s distribution partners worldwide. She also leads several teams providing various Distribution functions for John Hancock, such as Distribution Analytics, eServices implementation, Meeting, Event Activation, Distribution Operations and Finance. 

Ms. Dauphinais is a member of both the U.S. Leadership Team and U.S. Insurance Distribution Leadership Team, with more than 25 years of experience at John Hancock. In her previous role as Vice President, Market Development & Distribution Analytics at John Hancock, she led significant initiatives to build on John Hancock’s wholesaling strengths, including building a distribution analytics team and a virtual wholesale model. She also served in various national account and wholesaling positions, including senior roles in Sales & Distribution. 

Michelle lives in Essex County, Massachusetts with her family, and is a proud mother of two college aged children. She holds Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses, and is currently participating in a three year Strategic Leadership Experience program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
