For providers: Getting started with the CareGiver App

Once access is granted by the insured, follow these steps to register as an Independent Care Provider

Before the Independent Care Provider (ICP) can begin using the CareGiver mobile app to track your care, they must be granted access first. Please note: If you are the Insured please refer to the getting started with CareGiver app as the insured.

Follow these steps to grant access:

1. Check your email for the CareGiver registration invite (valid for 7 days).
2. Create your profile and verify your details.
3. Download the CareGiver app from the App Store or Google Play
4. Log in using your new username and password

Keep in mind

The registration link expires in 7 days. If needed, ask the insured to re-send access.
