Introducing Nutrisense

Eligible John Hancock Vitality members can now access a special discount on a Nutrisense membership. By offering continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology and dietitian support, Nutrisense enables users to monitor their glucose levels in real-time and understand how their bodies respond to various foods, exercises, and lifestyle choices. Members pay as little as $100/month with the support of your health insurance or $195/month out of pocket. That’s up to $220* less than a retail membership (retail pricing subject to change).

After an initial payment of $25 plus tax, over the next two years, monthly out-of-pocket payments are based on the number of Standard Workouts (10,000 to 14,999 steps) and Advanced Workouts (15,000 steps) or the applicable Active Calorie or heartrate thresholds. The step counts required for Standard and Advanced Workouts are reduced for members beginning at age 71+.
