Life insurance payments

We know your time is valuable, so we’ve made it easy to pay your premium or loan. You can either set up automatic payments, or make a one-time payment. Both options use the same secure process:

Choose your payment type

  • Automatic payments: Schedule recurring deductions from your checking or savings account. 
  • One-time payment: Make a single payment from your account.

You can make the following types of payment online:
  • Premium payments
  • Lapse warning notice
  • Loan repayment

Please note that there is no way to specify loan Interest only.

Online payments must be made via checking or savings account, as we do not accept credit or debit card payments.

Online payments are processed within 2 business days of submission.

You can refer to your policy details, billing notice or online account for the amount, payment type and date the payment is due. Policy loan repayments can be submitted on any date you choose.

Yes. Just use the Manage Automatic Payment button on your policy pages to update your banking information, payment frequency and dates that are outlined in your policy contract.
