We're offering Vitality GO to our customers at no cost. It is a program that rewards your healthy choices and gives you discounts to REI®, on wearable devices, and access to expert fitness and nutrition tips.

How to access Vitality GO

Activate Vitality GO

Activate your Vitality GO account with our secure request form. Once your request is processed you will receive confirmation and instructions for completing the confidential Vitality Health Review.
Earn points & achieve status

You can easily record everyday healthy activities like working out, walking the dog and buying fresh produce at the grocery store to earn Vitality Points and rewards. The more you engage, the more Vitality Points you'll earn and the greater your Vitality Status and rewards will be.
Enjoy the rewards

Access exciting rewards that can help you live a longer, healthier life with discounts at REI®, and fitness device brands like Fitbit®, Polar® and more.

John Hancock Vitality GO is not available for policies issued in New York, or Puerto Rico.

John Hancock Vitality Program rewards and discounts are only available to the person insured under the eligible life insurance policy. Premium savings are not available with the John Hancock Vitality GO Program.

Vitality GO is not available with policies issued in New York & Puerto Rico. John Hancock Vitality GO is available to be added to select policies. Email notification will be provided in response to the request if the policy is ineligible. Eligible customers may upgrade to Vitality PLUS within 25 months of the life insurance policy issue date.
