How to access Vitality GO
Vitality GO is not available with policies issued in New York & Puerto Rico. John Hancock Vitality GO is available to be added to select policies. Email notification will be provided in response to the request if the policy is ineligible. Eligible customers may upgrade to Vitality PLUS within 25 months of the life insurance policy issue date.
