Each summer, John Hancock partners with local nonprofits to build an empowering summer jobs program that turns scholars into leaders in the office, the classroom and the greater community. Our program serves over 600 high school juniors and seniors annually in Boston.
We place importance on maintaining a diverse supplier base that provides a broad range of perspectives, skills, and experiences, in addition to quality and cost effectiveness.
As part of our commitment, John Hancock is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC), National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA), Disability:IN and the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
Our diverse supplier base recognizes the importance of businesses owned by minorities, women, LGBT individuals, people living with disabilities, veterans, and service-disabled veterans.
