What types of payments can I submit online?
Please note that there is no way to specify loan Interest only.
Can I make an online payment using a credit or debit card?
Online payments must be made via checking or savings account, as we do not accept credit or debit card payments.
How long will it take for online payments to be applied to my life insurance policy?
Online payments are processed within 2 business days of submission.
What amount should I pay and when?
You can refer to your policy details, billing notice or online account for the amount, payment type and date the payment is due. Policy loan repayments can be submitted on any date you choose.

Can I modify a single detail of my automatic payment plan?
Yes. Just use the Manage Automatic Payment button on your policy pages to update your banking information, payment frequency and dates that are outlined in your policy contract.
